The standard for testing and labelling flashlight performance.

ANSI/PLATO FL 1 is the flashlight basic performance standard. It sets uniform ways to test and report figures such as light output, peak beam intensity, beam distance, run time, impact resistance and water resistance.

Specs measured to the standard can be compared fairly between brands. The standard was first published in 2009 and has since been revised.

ANSI/PLATO FL 1 是手电筒基本性能标准。它统一了光通量、峰值光强、射程、续航、抗冲击和防水等数据的测试和标注方法。
