中文详解整理中,以下为英文原文。

What it is

PLA is polylactic acid, a polymer used for printed and molded parts. The material exists in multiple grades and formulations; the name alone does not establish strength, temperature limits or manufacturing method.

How it feels in your EDC

It offers a light alternative to metal in housings and accessories. Shape, print or molding quality, and the rest of the assembly determine the finished part’s feel and durability.

Care & aging

Follow the product’s care instructions and avoid unnecessary heat exposure. Do not assume that a finished PLA product can be composted at home. Reference: NatureWorks, Technologies and Products.
