The feature that stops a moving part at the end of its travel.

让活动部件在行程末端停下的结构。

What it is

An end stop limits travel. It can be a pin, a shoulder machined into the frame, a magnet pair or a bumper.

Why it matters

How the stop is made decides the end-of-travel sound and feel: metal on metal is crisp and loud, a magnet stop is softer, a bumper is muted. Worn stops can add rattle.

Also known as: Stop, Hard Stop, 限位块.

限位用来限制行程，可以是销、外框上加工出的台阶、一对磁铁或缓冲块。
