Full Ceramic Bearing全陶瓷轴承

What it is

In a full ceramic bearing both the balls and the races are ceramic, often zirconia or silicon nitride. Many are run with little or no lubricant.

Why it matters

They are light and corrosion resistant and have a distinctive dry sound, but ceramic is brittle and can crack from impact. Whether they spin longer than a good hybrid depends on the specific bearing and spinner.
